The Harold Hunter Foundation, in association with presenting sponsor adidas Skateboarding, and primary sponsors G-Shock and Skullcandy, is proud to announce it will host a series of art, photography and skateboarding events in New York City from Thursday, May 31 through Sunday, June 3. Now in its twelfth year, the festivities will once again comprise an extended “Harold Hunter Weekend” of special events that celebrate skateboarding, art, music, community, and NYC.

"We’re excited to highlight both the diversity and universality of the skateboarding community," says HHF co-founder and Executive Director Jessica Forsyth. "This year we have a range of events that celebrate both the local and global appeal of skateboarding and speak to the power of skateboarding as a cultural force that brings people together and creates wonderful opportunities for community-building."

Following is an overview of HH Weekend events and collaborations that will benefit the Harold Hunter Foundation:

If you knew Harold, then you know he loved a good meal. From June 1-30, longtime HHF restaurant partner Sweet Chick will once again offer a Harold-inspired dish with a portion of proceeds to benefit the foundation. Available at all five Sweet Chick locations (Manhattan, Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, Queens, and Los Angeles), the “Harold Special” features Boonkie Drumsticks & Sweet Corn Waffles (named after Harold’s beloved dog “Boonkie”), side of string beans, and Harold’s Lemonade (fresh-squeezed lemonade mixed with Harold’s whiskey of choice, Jack Daniel’s).
