HHF Creative Careers  (CC) serve skateboarders who are pursuing careers in fields such as art, design, photography, film, and music. 


ABOUT THE PROGRAM​

Drawing inspiration from HHF's Kickflip program (2012-2016) and our 21Mercer x NikeLab collaboration, HHF Creative Careers is cohort-based career development program designed for skaters age 16+ pursuing careers as artists and entrepreneurs. Through monthly workshops, panels, skate sessions, and 1:1s, we strive to create spaces where skaters can network with potential mentors, share and hone their craft, develop in-demand skills, and expand their landscape of opportunity.

In addition to our Fall 2022 and Fall 2023 Creative Careers cohorts, some examples of past Creative Careers programming include Beyond the Streets with Gonz and Cam'Ron in Summer 2019, a Spring 2022 Creative Careers Panel at Red Bull, and a Fall 2022 Artist Talk and Gallery Walkthrough with David LaChapelle at Fotografiska Museum. ​​2024 Program dates

This year's CC program will take place September 4 - December 17, 2024. Most programming will take place on Tuesdays (skate sessions), Wednesdays (workshops and panels), and Thursdays or Saturdays (art classes).

Applications for the Fall 2024 cohort will open on Monday July 15, 2024 here! Your application must include a statement of intent, a PDF upload of your resume, and/or a link to your portfolio. The deadline to apply is Sunday August 25, 2024.
