Youth Design Center (NYC)
The Creative Apprenticeship Program (CAP) is a free design and technology training course for creative youth between the ages of 14 and 24. Learn the basics of 3D Design and Architecture, Digital Media, or Graphic Design. This multi-year program ends with a certificate and stipend.

BDC Films Fellowship
​Bronx Documentary Center
The BDC created the Fellowship Program to help broaden the pipeline of traditionally underrepresented Bronx documentary filmmakers into the film profession and enable them to gain employment in creative industries. The Program includes a $3000 stipend for the year; documentary filmmaking courses and professional development workshops; mentorship from BDC staff and visiting filmmakers; documentary film screenings and panel discussions; equipment loans and low-cost rentals; access to free meeting and workspace; and a video editing suite. Every participant is required to complete a short documentary film that will be screened at the end of the fellowship.

  • HHF provides free Google Career Certificate scholarships to skateboarders, which usually cost $49/month
  • Foundational education in technical fields such as data analytics, IT support, UX/UI, project management, digital marketing/e-commerce, and cybersecurity
Rider Development
  • Supports skateboarders passionate about pursuing careers as professional skateboarders and/or working in the skateboarding industry
  • Provides a holistic framework that includes fitness, mental health, and workforce readiness
Creative Careers
  • Annual cohort-based program that serves teens and young adults pursuing careers in the arts such as music, film, photography and design
  • Monthly workshops, panels, and private skate sessions
